About Me:

Caroline Alexander has more than two decades of experience in the private and nonprofit sectors in strategic planning, management consulting, economic and workforce development, and public and corporate finance. She specializes in creative strategy development, qualitative and quantitative research, and insightful data analytics.

Prior to launching Alexander Research and Consulting, Caroline led projects across the country for TIP Strategies, an economic and workforce development consultancy. Her projects included workforce alignment strategies, economic development strategies, labor analyses, target industry analyses, entrepreneurship assessments, and market research reports. Her projects included skills gap assessments for El Paso, TX; the creation of an employer-led, demand-driven workforce initiative for the Regional Talent Working Group of the Tampa Bay Partnership; and a Master Community Workforce Plan for Workforce Solutions Capital Area (Austin, TX).

Caroline has a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina.
